The Aqua Chicago CondoLocated at 225 North Columbus Drive, Aqua is an architectural icon and one of the most unique buildings in downtown Chicago. The Jeanne Gang-designed building features a wave-like design all the way around its 87 stories, created by varying the size and shape of the floor slabs of each residence’s balconies--in fact, no two balconies are identical.
