The summer continues to soar in the Chicago luxury condo market. In July, there were 50 sales of luxury condominiums—those sold for $1 million or higher—for a total of $83 million in sales volume. Of those 50 sales, 10 of them were sold for more than $2 million, showing that the “ultra-luxury” market is alive and well.
