Looking at Chicago homes for sale that closed during April, there’s a slightly different trend than we saw in the month prior. Of the 33 closings on luxury properties, only three sales were over $2 million; 20 ranged from $1 million to $1.5 million, and 10 fell between $1.54 and $1.87 million.
